Marathon of scans tonight. But nice to get so much of it onto my computer. I wish I knew the best way to compress them from the mega size they get scanned as, though. However all I've got is paint so there's not much in the way of options.

They're all messy sketches. I sometimes end up doing the lineart but I generally end up wishing I hadn't, they seem to lose something without the extra lines, and I don't have the expertise for digital colouring. So go go pencil sketches.

Good lord. I get used to posting response comments on LJ, and am bitten by the OMG WANT ICONS bug.

So, Plus it is, and at least these ads aren't horribly offensive. All to be able to express my reaction in a little square image whenever I reply to something! I'm so weak.

Also, apparently "Hazuki" is a girl's name. Whoopsie. Oh well, it's a world where people have names like "fishcake," "boar" and "scarecrow," so I suppose it's not the worst thing ever. On the plus side, Wikipedia says it is the literal meaning of August in Japanese: "leaf month." That's kind of nifty.

To be honest, Hazuki was "Haruki" first, anyway (I just went to check in 21 Days. Yep. ::edits::), except I forgot, and now he's Hazuki, because I'm an idiot. Though, Haruki is still a girl's name, so in that sense it doesn't matter.

In conclusion: why the hell can't LJ let me paste from word with normal quotation marks? Rarr.

I have the plots that come into my head and never leave unless I write them down. That's not a bad thing, actually, helps me to fall asleep at night, hehe, but I don't move on until what I'm hung up on goes down on paper. Or word file. whichever.

Here's a new addition to the Risk-verse. Needs a few tweaks here and there, probably, but as a thought it's now complete. Beware: OC-centric.
