What the hell, I haven't played WoW in weeks, it feels like--well, there was school assignments at some point--but the main is because my "Riskverse" ran away with all my ideas. Well, and my co-worker who I've been forcing my work on keeps actually saying he wants to know what happens (eheheh, praise is nice, though).

So I pinned down the beginning and end of this thing, and now the middle is coming together. All out of order, naturally.

Luckily since I don't actually use this here LJ overmuch, my posts seems to be going in order of the story chronology. Not bad, I guess.

Here is "Standing By" the working title of which was "Seals" (because it's about the Hyuugas, whee). Took me ages to come up with "Standing By" because... god knows. I guess I like my titles to be short and multi-meaninged.. bah. Well, this one DOES describe it, I suppose.

This came about because while my brain was mapping out how Naruto and Neji will eventually get together (why is my pairing a crack pairing...), I realized I had to decide how the Hyuuga situation played out. Not that I needed to write it, I just wanted it for background purposes. But then Neji's reaction came to mind, and because I love hurt/comfort, I ended up with this.
